I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, right in the center of the village. It couldn't be any more convenient, especially if you have kids attending snow school. The staff, particularly Lauren and Kate, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday surprise a success. Lauren even corresponded with me multiple times to ensure all the arrangements were perfect. The room decor was stunning, with a rustic cabin feel that was just beautiful. And the best part? It's just a stone's throw away from the gondola, making it incredibly convenient for all your skiing needs. The staff here truly deserves recognition for their exceptional service. They were attentive and quick to address any issues that arose. The building itself is quaint and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with a full kitchen that included a dishwasher, and even in-room laundry facilities. And let's not forget the Jacuzzi tub - a perfect way to unwind after a long day on the slopes.
If there were access to a pool and hot tub and easier check-in. The confusion caused by the name of the hotel could have been avoided if they had re-named themselves.

Our romantic escape was amazing! We got two complementary drinks upon check-in which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the action but still peaceful and quiet. We also loved the cozy fireplace in our room that added to the romantic atmosphere.
The parking was quite expensive at $20 per night. Additionally, we had a small issue with our room leaking overnight which ended up waking us up at 5:00am and resulted in bad odor.

Rustic cabin decor in the rooms that were beautiful and cozy. Perfectly situated next to the gondola for easy access. Attentive staff who quickly addressed any issues. Quaint and quiet building. Convenient amenities like a full kitchen with dishwasher and in-room laundry.
